any item in our auctions, the bidder/buyer warrants that he/she is in
compliance with all federal, local, and state laws and is legally able
to purchase, own and accept delivery of any and all items in this
auction.
Bidder further agrees to and
understands all sellin fools policies mentioned in the auction. |

Returns: |

All used items are sold as is. We
do not accept returns and do not issue refunds on used items unless we
determine that we made a gross misrepresentation error.
All auctions are clearly marked used or new.
New items are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects. Almost
all of the products we carry have warranties that are handled through
the manufacturer. A few are handled by us. If you find a problem,
please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
Since this is an auction and not a retail store, all sales are final.
It is up to you to determine if the product fits your needs before you
bid. |

Shipping: |
Buyer pays winning
bid plus shipping and a minimal handling fee, generally $1.25), to
cover tracking and help to offset packing. This is included in the
calculated shipping fee.

Combined purchases: Upon auction close, please allow us to invoice
you. You pay based upon weight and number of packages (for large
items).
Shipping is not a profit base for us.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRIER DAMAGE!
We package each item very securely. We have packaged thousands of
items and always take the time to do it right. Unfortunately we can
not control what happens once the package leaves here. Insurance is
your only protection against loss, theft, and damage. We highly
recommend it.
Sorry no COD orders
We do not accept 3rd party shipping requests or shipping using your
account with a carrier.
No international shipments, no exceptions. Canada is not part of the
US. |

Payment: |
We accept PayPal
(preferred), money orders, and cashiers checks.
We ship to your address registered with PayPal only. If you would like
to have something shipped to a different address, register it with
PayPal.
We do not accept wire or bank transfers, BidPay, COD’s, personal
checks and business checks. No exceptions, please do not ask.
If you use a MO, please use Western Union, USPS, or American Express.
All other MO’s are accepted however, if we can not verify funds from
the issuing bank, your order can be delayed up to 20 days.
Payment is expected within 10 days of winning bid.
Please contact us within 3 days with your payment intentions.
Money orders must be mailed right away so they make it to us within 10
days.
PLEASE use Ebay's checkout for any payment type. Not using Checkout
will result in shipping delays.
We will use the Non-Paying Bidder procedures. |
